I’ve worked in environments where expectations were unrealistic, compassion was missing, and the “rules” mattered more than the people. I was asked to carry out tasks that didn’t serve my students, didn’t honor their dignity, and didn’t reflect common sense—or care.
And yet, I stayed.
I tried harder.
I prayed more.
I kept believing it would get better.
Until I realized something:
God never designed us to live in constant confusion, burnout, or spiritual exhaustion.
